Each session will include gentle stretches and movement (desk-relief chair and standing yoga), as well as mindfulness instruction and guided meditation practice.

Mindfulness is a simple and directly accessible practice that can help with clarity, energy, creativity, and stress. Attendees will be more fully present; find greater productivity; increase physical/mental ease, positivity, and focus; counter the physical and mental tightness built up from desk and computer-based work; and recharge.

No special clothes or advanced sign up, just show up as you are.
